Returns are only available for unused, unopened products, or if a product has arrived damaged due to shipping. Photographs may be requested to process the return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned product. For additional information, or to initiate a return, email cayman@tahoewaxco.com and include the subject line 'return'.
